My name is Jaye Lin. I have felt all of this about my ADHD, and know how debilitating all of this can feel. 


As a trained ADHD coach, I provide a safe environment for my clients to remove barriers to progress, re-examine who they are and who they want to be, and intentionally start living the fulfilling life they've always wanted.


I've done the work myself, and have finally been able to truly thrive. I am able to balance success with life fulfillment, trust my emotions and my ability to follow through, and love everything about my ADHD self.
